"One Piece Live Attraction," the popular live character show at the Tokyo One Piece Tower in-door theme park, reached its memorial 10,000th show on the night of February 1, 2020. The show started as one of the park's main attractions at the same time as it opened in March 2015.
The first show "One Piece Live Attraction -Welcome to TONGARI Mystery Tour-" was performed over 2,600 times for 13 months from March to April 2016, then followed by different shows yearly as listed below:
1. "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION -Tongari Mystery Tour-" (March 13, 2015 - April 10, 2016 / 2,658 performances)
2. "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION '2' (Second)" (April 23, 2016 - April 9, 2017 / 1,977 performances)
3. "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION '3' 'PHANTOM'" (April 29, 2017 - April 15, 2018 / 1,893 performances)
4. "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION 'PHANTOM!" (April 21, 2018 - April 7, 2019 / 1,931 performances)
5. "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION 'MARIONETTE'" (April 24, 2019 - )
To celebrate the record, a photo exhibition displaying the photos taken by the park's guests for five years has been held on its fourth floor since February 1, and a memorial T-shits featuring the logos from the previous shows is also offered at 2,500 yen.
As reported, the ongoing show "ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION MARIONETTE" will have its final performance by its current cast on March 8, 2020 (the show itself will return with new cast members on March 18). The March 8 performance will be live-streamed worldwide on the park's official YouTube channel and China's largest SNS Weibo from 20:00 on March 8 (JST) / 03:00 on March 8 (PST). Its estimated performance time is about 20 minutes.
