Sunrise Science Fiction Anime Get 4DX Screenings in Tokyo - News

Fans of Sunrise science fiction series in Tokyo will soon have a chance to experience some of their favorite anime like never before, because of a limited time in February of 2020, the Grand Cinema Sunshine venue is holding special 4DX screenings for Crusher Joe: The Movie (1983, directed by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko) and Armored Trooper VOTOMS: Pailsen Files (2009 movie version, directed by Ryosuke Takahashi).

4DX is a special theatrical format that uses gimmicks such as vibration, moving chairs, lighting effects, wind effects, mist / smoke effects, and scents to offer viewers a deeper, more immersive experience that stimulates all of the senses, not just auditory and visual ones.

The screenings for Crusher Joe: The Movie run from February 14 - 20, 2020, while the screenings for Armored Trooper VOTOMS: Pailsen Files run from February 21 - 27, 2020 at the Grand Cinema Sunshine 4DX Theater in Higashi-ikebukuro, Toshima Ward, Tokyo, Japan.
